APPLICATION

With the Pluslife Mini Dock test device, positive samples can be detected within 15 minutes. With the speed of a Corona rapid test and the precision of a molecular diagnostic method (e.g. a PCR test). No preparation such as pipetting and no special expertise is required to perform the test. Transport and storage at room temperature.

► PROBATE in the anterior nasal region and mix with buffer solution.

► FILLING the test cassette

► DISTRIBUTE the sample in the reaction chambers by finger pressure.

► TESTING by inserting the cassette and starting the instrument.

► Read the RESULT after 15-30 minutes from the LED lights.

RECOGNITION PERFORMANCE CORRESPONDS TO PCR

The Pluslife Mini Dock is based on a newly developed isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology (NAT), the so-called RHAM-NAT. It enables molecular diagnostic test results within the shortest possible time. Sensitivity is comparable to the gold standard qPCR-NAT, while maintaining the highest specificity, whereas common isothermal NAT methods such as LAMP-NAT have significantly lower specificity compared to PCR-NAT.
